What does Product Lifecycle do?

What does Product Lifecycle not do?
No approval by itself. ECO Approvals routes it through OmniApproval. Applying replaces the active BoM. Orders already confirmed keep their components. No CAD integration. Attach the files. One new revision per ECO. Another ECO for the next change.
