Key features
A Price Percentage field on every bill-of-materials line, Validated: the lines of a BoM must total 100%, All or nothing - a BoM cannot have some lines with a share and some without, Negative percentages refused, Optional: BoMs left at zero behave exactly as before, The base other modules use to split value across components
How It Works
One field, on the screen you already use.
1
On the bill of materials
The share each component carries. Save with anything other than 100% and the record refuses - which is the point.
2
Across your BoMs
Nothing else changes: the same BoMs, the same operations, the same manufacturing.

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
It does not compute the percentages for you.
They are a costing decision; the app stores and validates them.
It does not change manufacturing cost.
Producing works exactly as before - the split matters when value is taken back out.
No percentages on operations.
Only component lines carry a share; work-centre cost stays Odoo's.
It does nothing on its own.
The value split lands with Unbuild Stock Value, which reads these percentages.
Works Well With
Apps from the same stack, built to fit this one:
Unbuild Stock Value
Uses these percentages to value components when a product is unbuilt.

Manufacturing Backdate
Completing production on the date it actually happened.
to_mrp_backdate

Instruction
Instruction video: BoM Component Cost Percentage
1. Create a product
You need to create a new product and all the components and materials needed to build it. For example: To produce a complete table, you need components such as a tabletop, table legs, paint, etc.
2. Create a bill of materials and configure each component's percentage
Navigate to Manufacturing > Products > Bills of Materials, select an existing BoM, or press Create to make a new bill of materials in the Manufacturing management software.
From here, you set the percentage of the cost of the components being used to produce a product. When dismantling this product, the system will calculate the cost of each component based on the product cost. To proceed with the dismantling product flow and calculate each component cost, you need to install the to_mrp_bom_stock_value module.
Note: The total price percentage of all components must equal 100%.
