Installation
- Navigate to Apps.

Granting Users: Own Documents rights
Navigate to Settings > Users & Company > Users, select a user to configure access rights as follow:
- Inventory: Users: Own Documents.
 
Note: For more details, you can refer to the multi-level access control rights in the Viindoo Inventory app at to_multi_warehouse_access_control.
 
Granting access rights to users in the Warehouse
You navigate to Inventory > Configuration > Warehouses, select the specific warehouse then press Edit and add the users you want to grant access to in the Accessing Users field.
 
View the Purchase Order on the accessible warehouse
Warehouse employees log in to the software. Then access the Inventory application, at the Overview interface, select the receipt that you want to check the purchase order.
On the receipt, navigate to the chatter section and click on the link to the related Purchase Order.
Employees can view the Purchase Order and details of each line of Purchase Order, but can't edit or delete them.
