What it does
In the process of building surveys or exams, you already have a set of specific questions and can reuse some of the questions in that question bank to build an exam or survey.
This module allows you to select questions from the questions bank and automatically import the survey form when the user has Survey Administrator rights.
 
Key Features
The Create exams using surveys module allows you to create new exams with simple operations:
- Create a questions bank.
- The Administrator of the Surveys app creates a group of questions bank and questions belonging to each group to classify and use according to each survey content.
- The Administrator of the Surveys app chooses questions from the questions bank to use for the new exam.
- Configure and display solutions for question answers.

- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_survey_exam.
- Press Install.

Instruction video: Create Exams Using Surveys
The Surveys app supports the question bank creation feature, for creating survey quickly. When there is a need to create a survey, users only need to select a question from these available question banks, the question will be automatically entered on the survey form. With administrator rights and developer mode enabled you follow these steps:
Step 1: Create a question bank .
- Create a Question Bank Category: navigate to Surveys > Questions > Question Bank Categories.
 
- create a Questions Bank: navigate to Surveys > Questions > Questions Bank.
 
Step 2: Use Questions Bank in survey generation .
Create a Survey and press Save, a Import Questions Bank button will be displayed allowing you to select questions from an available bank.
