What it does
Viin CRM is a module to help you can see more different Lead/Opportunity report types such as corhort report, dashboard on CRM system.
 
Main features
- Provide two more report menus Lead/Opportunity Analysis with report types such as
 
- Bar chart, Line chart, Pie chart.
 
- Pivot Analysis, Cohort Analysis.
 
- Statistical Indicators such as Lead/Opportunity, Days to Assign, Days to Close, Rate of closing a sale, Rate by source, Campaign, etc.
 
- Provide cohort and map view on the opportunity
 
- The Cohort view analyzes the converted time from lead to opportunity.
 
- The Map view allows users to track the geographic location of the opportunities that are concentrated in a specific region/location.
 
- Add filter/group by feature in the activity report to be able to track or group activities on the leads/opportunities by specific criteria
 
- Provide additional Lost criteria to filter the failed leads/opportunities.
 
- Group by criteria Referred By, Lost Reason, Days To Convert, and Exceeded Closing Days.

Concepts
Here are some concepts you need to know when using this module:
- Cohort Analysis: Analyze and compare the behavior of groups of users with certain common characteristics in a period to find out differences and prominent trends within these groups. Based on that, come up with solutions to improve user experiments.
 
- Days to convert: Define the time to convert a lead into an opportunity. The Leads/Opportunity Analysis shows the average time of days out of the total number of converted leads.
 
- Days to close: Define the difference between the actual closed time and the expected closed time of the opportunity.
 
 
Usages
1. Provide dashboard view for Lead/Opportunity Analysis Reports
Viindoo CRM system provides a dashboard view that integrates all types of the Lead/Opportunity Analysis Report on the same screen.
2. Provide Cohort and map view on the opportunity
Navigate to CRM ‣ Sales ‣ My Pipeline, the system provides 2 more views:
- The Cohort view analyzes the converted time from lead to opportunity;
 
- The Map view allows users to track the geographic location of the opportunities that are concentrated in a specific region/location.
 
3. Add filter/group by feature in the activity report
To be able to track or group activities on the leads/opportunities by specific criteria, the Viindoo CRM system provides an additional Lost criteria to filter the failed leads/opportunities.
In addition, you can also group by criteria Referred By, Lost Reason, Days To Convert, and Exceeded Closing Days.
