At a Glance
The facts of Payroll Timesheet Integrator, version 0.2.3, in one place. Published by Viindoo.
How It Works
Three screens.
The contract decides
One switch, tracked - so it is clear when somebody moved from salary to hours.
The rate lives on the employee
The hourly cost that project cost and payroll both read.
And the hours come from here
The same lines the project sees - no second entry, no spreadsheet.
What You Get
A timesheet-based payroll switch on the contract, tracked
An hourly cost on the employee, with an action to update it
Payroll input taken from recorded timesheet hours
Applies per contract, so salaried staff are unaffected
Works with the approval flow, so only approved time is paid
Job positions carry their own default rate

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
Approval is the timesheet approval app; paying unapproved hours is a policy choice.
It supplies hours and a rate; the structure decides what they are worth.
Mixed workforces are the normal case.
No recorded hours, nothing to pay from.
