Trên trang Facebook hoặc LinkedIn bạn đăng bài, khách hàng, đối tác sẽ tương tác trực tiếp với bạn qua phần chát trực tiếp. Lúc này, bạn sẽ nhận được thông báo và trò chuyện trực tiếp từ cửa sổ chát của ứng dụng Socail Marketing.
Tại cửa sổ chát, hệ thống hỗ trợ bạn tạo cơ hội bằng cách bấm '/' chọn social_lead.
Ghi tiêu đề cho cơ hội.
