What does Skills Hr - eLearning not do?
Only raises to the declared level. Never lowers an existing higher level. Completion means the course, not a quiz score. Use certifications for pass marks. Employee must be linked to the learner partner. Otherwise nothing to update. Nothing to configure. Install it and the behaviour is there.
