1. Quản lý thông tin bảo hành của sản phẩm
Bạn thực hiện tạo sản phẩm, thiết lập truy vết Theo Số Sê-ri duy nhất và các thông tin bảo hành của khách hàng như thời gian bảo hành, mốc bảo hành.
2. Tạo đơn bán và xuất kho
Truy cập Bán hàng > Đơn bán > Báo giá, ấn Tạo để tạo một báo giá. Sau khi đã điền đầy đủ thông tin, ấn Xác nhận và tiến hành xuất kho.
Tại đây, bạn có thể theo dõi số sê-ri của sản phẩm khi thực hiện xuất kho.
3. Truy vết theo số sê-ri
Sau khi xuất kho, bạn kiểm tra thông tin sản phẩm theo số sê-ri đã chọn bằng cách truy cập Kho vận > Sản phẩm > Số lô/Sê-ri. Tại giao diện số lô/sê-ri, hệ thống tự động cập nhật thông tin đơn bán và ngày bắt đầu bảo hành của khách hàng dựa vào thông tin thời gian bảo hành được thiết lập trên sản phẩm.
4. Tạo và quản lý yêu cầu bảo hành
Bạn có thể tạo yêu cầu bảo hành cho khách hàng trực tiếp trên giao diện số sê-ri hay từ ứng dụng Quản lý Bảo hành. Tại giao diện phiếu bảo hành, khi điền thông tin số sê-ri, hệ thống tự động nhận diện thông tin sản phẩm, khách hàng, đơn bán và chính sách bảo hành áp dụng cho bán hàng trên sản phẩm.
Ấn Lưu để lưu thông tin. Sau khi đã kiểm tra lại các thông tin trên phiếu yêu cầu đã chính xác, bạn ấn Kiểm tra để bắt đầu quy trình đánh giá yêu cầu bảo hành.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
Bạn có thể phát triển các phân hệ Odoo có sử dụng Phần mềm như một Thư viện (thường là phụ thuộc vào, nhập vào và sử dụng nguồn của nó) nhưng không sao chéo bất kỳ mã nguồn hay tài liệu nào thuộc Phần mềm.
