When a manufacturing order is unbuilt, each component is valued by its share of the BoM instead of by whatever its standard price happens to be.

Thực hiện tháo dỡ sản phẩm mua về nhập kho
1. Thực hiện nhập kho sản phẩm
Bạn tạo sản phẩm và tiến hành quy trình nhập kho cho sản phẩm này.
Ghi chú: Sản phẩm cần thiết lập phương pháp giá vốn Giá trung bình hoặc Nhập trước xuất trước (FIFO) trên nhóm sản phẩm.
2. Tạo định mức nguyên vật liệu
Truy cập Sản xuất > Sản phẩm > Định mức nguyên vật liệu, ấn Tạo để tạo định mức nguyên vật liệu cho sản phẩm đã nhập kho bao gồm các thành phần và phần trăm giá vốn của từng thành phần.
Ghi chú: Bạn cần cài đặt module to_mrp_bom_component_percentage để thiết lập phần trăm giá vốn cho từng thành phần.
3. Tạo lệnh tháo dỡ
Bạn thực hiện tạo và thực hiện lệnh tháo dỡ thủ công cho sản phẩm đã chọn.
4. Kiểm tra giá vốn của các thành phần sau khi tháo dỡ
Sau khi hoàn thành lệnh tháo dỡ, hệ thống sẽ ghi nhận giảm số lượng sản phẩm và tăng số lượng các thành phần của sản phẩm đó đồng thời giá vốn của các thành phần cũng được hệ thống tự động cập nhật. Truy cập Kho vận > Báo cáo > Định giá tồn kho, mở ra thông tin chi tiết sản phẩm và các thành phần đã được tháo dỡ, hệ thống ghi nhận số lượng và giá vốn của từng thành phần theo đúng tỉ lệ đã được thiết lập trên định mức nguyên vật liệu.
Trong trường hợp thành phần này lần đầu nhập kho, giá vốn sẽ được tự động cập nhật trên giao diện sản phẩm.
Thực hiện tháo dỡ thành phẩm đã sản xuất
1. Tạo định mức nguyên vật liệu và thực hiện sản xuất
Với các doanh nghiệp tự sản xuất, bạn thiết lập định mức nguyên vật liệu, tạo và hoàn thành lệnh sản xuất.
2. Tạo lệnh tháo dỡ
Bạn thực hiện tạo lệnh tháo dỡ từ lệnh sản xuất.
3. Kiểm tra giá vốn của các thành phần sau khi tháo dỡ
Tại báo cáo Định giá tồn kho, hệ thống ghi nhận số lượng và giá vốn của từng thành phần theo đúng tỉ lệ đã được thiết lập trên định mức nguyên vật liệu.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
