1. Thiết lập ban đầu
Để bắt đầu sử dụng phần mềm quản lý suất ăn, bạn cần thực hiện một số thiết lập ban đầu bằng cách truy cập ứng dụng Suất ăn > Cấu hình. Các thiết lập này bao gồm:
- Tạo Kiểu suất ăn: tạo các kiểu bữa ăn để phân loại các suất ăn theo các tiêu chí như về thời gian hoặc giá. Ví dụ: bữa trưa, bữa tối, suất thông thường, suất cao cấp,...
- Tạo Bếp ăn: tạo các bếp ăn nội bộ của công ty (nếu có) nhằm mục đích quản lý bếp ăn công ty.
- Tạo Cảnh báo Kiểu suất ăn: tạo thông báo cho các kiểu suất ăn, nhằm lưu ý cho người đặt về thời gian đặt bữa. Ví dụ, bữa trưa phải được đặt hoàn tất trước 10h sáng.
2. Tạo đơn đặt suất ăn
- Người phụ trách suất ăn sẽ truy cập Suất ăn > Đơn đặt suất ăn > Tạo để tạo các Đơn đặt suất ăn. Tại đây, bạn cần điền các thông tin chính sau:
- Kiểu suất ăn của đơn đặt suất ăn;
- Đối tượng đặt suất ăn: bạn có thể tạo đơn đặt suất ăn cho tất cả nhân viên, cho các phòng ban hoặc các nhân viên cụ thể;
- Nguồn đặt suất ăn: từ bếp ăn nội bộ công ty hoặc nhà cung cấp bên ngoài.
Ngoài ra, bạn cũng có thể đặt suất ăn cho khách tương ứng với các nhân viên phụ trách khi cần thiết.
Sau khi hoàn thành các thông tin bấm Xác nhận.
- Người quản lý suất ăn kiểm tra các thông tin và tiến hành Phê duyệt hoặc Từ chối đơn đặt suất ăn để chốt số lượng suất ăn chuyển đến nhà bếp hoặc nhà cung cấp.
3. Báo cáo Suất ăn
Truy cập Suất ăn > Báo cáo > Báo cáo Phân tích suất ăn nhân viên để xem báo cáo phân tích suất ăn theo các mục đích quản lý. Ví dụ: Thời điểm đặt xuất ăn tập trung vào thời điểm nào; mỗi bếp đã phục vụ bao nhiêu suất ăn để lên kế hoạch nhân sự, nguyên vật liệu; xu hướng tăng/giảm chi phí cho suất ăn là vì sao,...
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
Bạn có thể phát triển các phân hệ Odoo có sử dụng Phần mềm như một Thư viện (thường là phụ thuộc vào, nhập vào và sử dụng nguồn của nó) nhưng không sao chéo bất kỳ mã nguồn hay tài liệu nào thuộc Phần mềm.
