What does Budget Management do?
Budgets with a lifecycle, budget lines per budgetary position and analytic account across every analytic plan, and planned, practical and theoretical amounts computed from journal and analytic items.
What does Budget Management not do?
It measures; it does not block spending. Over-budget is a number, not a stop. Practical amounts need analytic accounts or budgetary positions on the items. A line must have at least one of the two. Theoretical amount is a straight-line pro-rata. Seasonality is not modelled. Timesheet cost needs the companion. Account Budget - HR Timesheet adds it.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng
Tình huống thực tế
Quản lý ngân sách chi tiêu tháng 11/2022:
- Chi phí quản lý: 250.000.000 đồng;
- Chi phí bán hàng: 150.000.000 đồng.
Áp dụng vào hệ thống
Bước 1: Tạo kiểu ngân sách.
Bước 2: Tạo Tài khoản KT quản trị.
Truy cập ứng dụng Kế toán > Cấu hình > Tài khoản KT Quản trị, tạo Tài khoản quản trị.
Bước 3: Tạo Ngân sách dự kiến, xác nhận và phê duyệt Ngân sách.
Bước 4: Tạo và xác nhận hóa đơn nhà cung cấp.
Truy cập ứng dụng Kế toán > Nhà cung cấp > Hóa đơn NCC, tạo và xác nhận hóa đơn.
Bước 5: Kiểm tra tình hình thực hiện của ngân sách.
Truy cập ứng dụng Ngân sách > Ngân sách, chọn ngân sách cần xem báo cáo.
Kiểm tra các bút toán phát sinh được tập hợp để lên số liệu cột Giá trị thực tế tại tab Chi tiết Ngân sách.
Lưu ý: Trên ứng dụng Ngân sách, tại tab Chi tiết ngân sách, cột dữ liệu Ngày được thanh toán có ảnh hưởng đến việc tính toán tự động của cột Giá trị lý thuyết.
Nếu Ngày được thanh toán được nhập sau ngày hiện tại thì Giá trị lý thuyết bằng 0.
Nếu Ngày được thanh toán được nhập trước ngày hiện tại thì Giá trị lý thuyết bằng Giá trị hiện tại.
Nếu Ngày được thanh toán để trống thì Giá trị lý thuyết được tính theo tỷ lệ:
(Số ngày từ ngày bắt đầu ngân sách đến ngày hiện tại x Giá trị kế hoạch) / Tổng số ngày trong giai đoạn của kế hoạch ngân sách
Bước 6: Kiểm tra tình hình thực hiện của tất cả các ngân sách chưa hủy tính đến ngày hiện tại (15/11/2022).
Truy cập ứng dụng Ngân sách > Phân tích ngân sách. Tại đây, bạn có thể sử dụng cộng cụ bộ lọc, nhóm theo và xem dữ liệu với các kiểu giao diện khác nhau (kiểu danh sách, kiểu pivot, kiểu biểu đồ).
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
Bạn có thể phát triển các phân hệ Odoo có sử dụng Phần mềm như một Thư viện (thường là phụ thuộc vào, nhập vào và sử dụng nguồn của nó) nhưng không sao chéo bất kỳ mã nguồn hay tài liệu nào thuộc Phần mềm.
